Generally Accepted Complexity Level (GACL)
The Generally Accepted Complexity Level (GACL) is one of our important basic concepts. It is also associated to the Change Management. Most of the time, something simple will not be the cause of a stop during a new procedure proposition and subsequent implementation.
However, what is difficult to understand and handle becomes automatically “complex”. The conducted in-depth analysis of the problem or the phenomenon often leads to the discovery of an additional “complication” (1).
